About Replasia
Engineering better possibilities for hip preservation.
Replasia is a Belgian medical technology company developing patient-specific solutions for hip preservation in young adults. We combine three-dimensional anatomical analysis, kinematic simulation and treatment concepts engineered around the individual anatomy.

Purpose
Built around the individual hip
Hip preservation decisions require a clear understanding of anatomy, movement and the individual patient’s condition. Replasia was founded to help clinical teams move from fragmented information to a quantified, patient-specific view of the native hip.
Our work begins with three-dimensional diagnosis and treatment planning through HipStudio. It extends toward patient-specific treatment concepts developed around the anatomy and the correction selected by the surgeon.
Mission
To give young adults with hip conditions the best possible chance of leading a healthy, active life.
Vision
A world where no young adult is forced into hip replacement due to a lack of diagnostic data or optimal treatment options.
Quality management
Quality built into how we work
Replasia’s quality management system is ISO 13485 certified, providing a structured framework for controlled medical-device development, risk management and traceability.
- ISO 13485 certified quality management system
- Independently certified by Kiwa

Team
A focused, multidisciplinary team
Replasia brings together experience in biomedical engineering, medical-device development, software, additive manufacturing, quality and regulatory affairs. We work closely with hip-preservation surgeons and clinical partners to translate complex anatomy into solutions that are useful in clinical practice.
